Aunt, Grandma Charged With Murder In Spotsy After Infant Tests Positive For Fentanyl: Sheriff An infant's aunt and grandmother in Virginia are facing murder charges after the child ingest fentanyl and a second tested positive for cocaine while they were taking care of them, authorities say. Last week, an emergency call was made in Spotsylvania regarding a 9-month-old girl who had stopped breathing inside a home in the 6500 block of Venison Drive.
