Pasta Restaurant Replacing Arlington Pizzeria A new pasta restaurant will be replacing a shuttered Arlington pizzeria. According to its website, Scolapasta will be moving into the space at 4219 Fairfax Dr., formerly occupied by Roma Pizza. Little is known about Scolapasta, whose website says only that it will offer handmade, fresh pasta. Daily Voice has reached out to the owners for more information. No word yet on an opening date.
