The discoveries were made in the bathrooms of Northside Social on Park Ave., city police said. A customer was the one who noticed a pen-like device placed under the sink and facing a toilet in one of the eatery's first-floor restrooms, authorities said. The customer turned the device over to a restaurant employee. Man Secretly Filmed Woman In Shower at Leesburg Rec Center: Police Authorities say a 20-year-old man secretly recorded a woman last week as she showered at a recreation center in Loudoun County.  Police arrested Lester Galves Reyes after a woman complained he had stuck a camera beneath a shower partition at the Ida Lee Recreation Center at about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, Leesburg police said.
