See Something, Say Something: Virginia Hotel Rape Suspect Busted Following Community Tips
Community members in Fairfax County saw something and said something to help swiftly lead police to apprehend a wanted rape suspect who assaulted a woman at a Maryland hotel. Police say that community tips led them to identify Patrick Craig Locke, 30, of Washington, DC, who was arrested at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at the Metro Center Station following an investigation into a rape earlier this month.
