Daycare Gunman Captured At Dulles Airport, Fairfax County Police Say (Details) A 41-year-old Arlington man accused of shooting two people while trying to speak to his ex-wife at a Fairfax County daycare was captured at an airport where he said he was picking up family members. Julio Pascual Sejas was trying to speak to his estranged wife when he shot three rounds through the door of the business on the 8500 block of Bauer Drive in Springfield around 215 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, FCPD's Deputy Chief Brooke Wright said.
