A District man is behind bars after allegedly breaking into his ex's home and sexually assaulting her child, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Hours-Long Manhunt For Chainsaw-Wielding Man Ends In Stafford
An hours-long manhunt for a chainsaw-wielding burglary suspect ended successfully Monday, March 4 in Stafford County, authorities said. Shawn Kimmitz of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said the man, who had tried breaking into a home on Musselman Road around 7 a.m., was captured at Rappahannock Landing in the mid-morning hours.
