Prince William County's Ricky Lowe, 32, was a passenger in the crash of a stolen car on I-66 and was being treated at Fairfax Hospital when he walked out with an IV in arm, jumped in a private transport ambulance and stole it, Fairfax County police said. Federal Charges For Man Who Led I-395 Pursuit, Caused 13 Crashes In Stolen Ambulance: Police A Maryland man is facing federal charges after switching from a pickup truck to an ambulance in leading a pursuit and crashing multiple times along I-395 in Arlington, authorities said. Trouble began for Darell T.
