Dog Euthanized After Being Stabbed By Man In Falls Church, Police Say A dog had to be euthanized in Virginia after being stabbed while being taken for a walk with its owner in Falls Church, police say. Broadlands resident Reyan Hassan Ibrahim, 25, was arrested by members of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) Police Department  at around 11 a.m. on Monday morning during a traffic stop near Dulles International Airport in connection to the assault of a dog.
