No Charges For Tractor Trailer Driver In Capital Beltway Crash That Killed Woman, 40
Police have identified the driver of a vehicle who died in a crash last week on the Capital Beltway with a tractor trailer, whose operator will not be charged, they said.
Nicole M. Lewis, 40, of Dumfries, was operating a 1998 Honda Accord slowly, partially in the right shoulder and partially in the right travel lane around 12:20 a.m. Nov. 9 in Fairfax County, Virginia State Police said.
