Springfield Mixing Bowl Car Meet Arrests Police have announced the arrest of a Baltimore County driver in connection with a massive illegal car meetup where drivers antagonized officers in Fairfax County. Brandon Extecoc Santos, 20, of Parkville, was arrested on Friday, April 19, in connection with the "street takeover" Easter Sunday, Fairfax County police announced. Santos was charged with abduction, assault on a law enforcement officer, wearing a mask in public, and obstruction of justice. Around 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 31, an officer saw several vehicles pull into a commercial parking lot in the 6600 block of Electronic Drive in Springfield where a large group of individuals were driving recklessly and in circles, police said.
