Details, Composite Sketch Released In Reston Parking Lot Shooting Authorities have released preliminary details and the composite sketch of a Fairfax County shooting suspect. The victim was found in a parking lot on the 2500 block of Cornelia Road in Reston, around 4:10 a.m. Sunday, June 18, Fairfax County police said. Officers provided aid until fire and rescue personnel arrived. The victim was taken to a local hospital and treated for his injuries.
