Police say that shortly after 9 a.m. on Feb. 28, a masked man wearing all black marched into the branch in the 8900 block of Burke Lake Road, approached a teller and demanded cash, though no weapon was displayed or implied during the threat. Sean Maxwell, 53, was taken into custody over the weekend and charged after he was allegedly caught letting it all hang out for others enjoying the outdoors in Burke.
