Malicious Wounding Suspect Leads Police Chase Through Stafford County: Authorities A 21-year-old man wanted on an outstanding warrant for malicious wounding led a police pursuit through Stafford County after a sheriff's deputy noticed he was getting agitated in rush hour traffic, authorities said. Deputy B.E. Vaughn spotted the agitated driver, later identified as  Jayshon Bates, on Staffordboro Boulevard around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 24, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said.
