Cherruy Loghan Sevilla was laying on the floor when he “grabbed and twisted" the breast of a flight attendant who calmly asked him to return to his seat on the two-hour flight Oct. 4, the New York Post says citing court documents filed in Virginia.

Sevilla also grabbed the arm his seat mate, and twisted the arm of a flight attendant while airline officials attempted to subdue him, USA Today reports citing court papers.

Once handcuffed, things apparently got worse: Sevilla began to "freak out" and yell, and didn't stop even as FBI agents boarded the plane to arrest him at Dulles Airport, authorities allege.

Sevilla is due in court in the coming days, and is facing charges of assault and with interfering with flight crew members and attendants.
