Man Arrested Returning To Scene Of Domestic Dispute Day Later In Virginia, Police Say A man who went back to the scene of the crime was arrested by police in Prince William County for a pair of domestic disputes involving a 20-year-old woman, officials say. Dumfries resident Zackery Maurice Thomas, 25, is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a woman on Tuesday afternoon and then coming back the following morning for seconds, according to investigators.
