An accused child rapist who appears to have been on the run, was captured in Virginia, New Holland police announced on Thursday, Sept. 19. A Virginia woman who "started a fire with malice" in North Carolina is wanted for arson, according to police. Tesha Camelle Joyce is at large a day after setting a structure on fire on Monday night, authorities from the Eden Police Department say. Shortly before midnight, first responders from multiple agencies were called to the 2300 block of Harrington Highway, where there was a reported fire, though all parties inside were able to escape without injury. Rue21 To Close 543 Stores After Filing For Bankruptcy
A major retailer primarily located in malls and headquartered in Pennsylvania is set to close all 543 of its stores following its third Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Closures for all rue21 locations are expected to be completed within the next two months with going-out-of-business sales coming soon. The company, headquartered in Pennsylvania outside Pittsburgh, had first filed for bankruptcy in 2003, and then for a second time in 2017, when it closed around 400 stores.
