Maryland Mom's Illegally-Parked Car Towed From Pentagon City Mall With Kids Inside A Maryland mother whose illegally-parked vehicle was towed from outside of an Arlington mall with her children inside is facing charges, officials said. Chaukina Thomas, 26, of Suitland, emerged "hysterical" from the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Tuesday morning, Sept. 5 "hysterical," thinking her car had been stolen, according to NBC Washington and Arlington County spokeswoman Ashley Savage.
