The owners of Foxtrot Market announced that it is ceasing its retail operations in DC, as well as its locations across the country, "after much consideration and evaluation," effective as of Tuesday, April 23. Richard Reinhold Jr., a well-respected deputy special agent in charge with Homeland Security Investigations from New Jersey, died on Monday, Feb. 26 with his family by his side, his obituary said.
