Failed Manassas Bank Burglar Threw Rocks At Windows, Police Say A man who tried burglarizing a bank in Prince William County has been arrested, police say. Gabrielle David Damato Salcedo, 27, of Manassas, was seen trying to break into the Wells Fargo Bank on Sudley Road around 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 31, county police said. Officers found Salcedo near Sudley Road and Lomond Drive where he was detained without incident. The investigation revealed Salcedo tried to gain entry into the bank by throwing rocks at the windows which were found damaged.  Officers determined no entry was made into the bank.
