Teen Accused Of Killing District Man Inside Vehicle In Maryland: Police An 18-year-old has been arrested and charged for the deadly shooting of a father of four in late December, authorities announced on Tuesday, Jan. 9. Harvey Barnes III, of Upper Marlboro, was charged with first- and second-degree murder and other offenses, the Prince George’s County Police Department said. He is in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
