Okezie Boniface Erondu, 36, of Alexandria, approached the woman near a bus stop near on the 7900 block of Audubon Avenue Richmond Highway and Ladson Lane around 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, Fairfax County police said. The woman was able to fight the man off, and authorities used surveillance footage to help identify him as Erondu. Erondu was arrested without incident around 8:30 that night nearby. Police ID 24-Year-Old Man Hit By Several Cars And Killed In Franconia Police released the name of the 24-year-old man who was hit by several cars and killed early Friday morning in Fairfax County.  Keith Thomas was walking along Richmond Highway near the on-ramp for Interstate 95 in Franconia just before 1:30 a.m. when a 2005 GMC Sierra crashed into him, the Fairfax County police said.
