Maryland County Prepares For Biden, First Lady To Visit For Democrat Rally President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden are headed to Montgomery County to visit a local high school for a grassroots event, authorities say. The event is scheduled to be held at Richard Montgomery High School from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 25, according to Montgomery County police. Only invited and registered guests are permitted access to the event, and attendees will not be allowed into the venue before 4 p.m., officials say.
