Missing 3-Year-Old 'In Extreme Danger' Could Be Traveling Through Virginia: State Police Police in Virginia have joined the search for a missing 3-year-old girl who may be in extreme danger after being taken from her father's home in New York. An alert was issued by Virginia State Police on Monday on behalf of the NYPD as they work to locate Kadence France, who was last seen at her father's home in Staten Island and is believed to be with 26-year-old Randalae Rhodes, possible in Virginia.
