Drug Sale At Fairfax Shopping Center Ends In Officer-Involved Shooting: Police Two men were charged for their involvement in a Fairfax officer-involved shooting, officials said. On August 2 at around 10:45 p.m. law enforcement was investigating an illegal drug trade at the Seven Corners Shopping Center when they saw Jeffrey Payne, 41, facilitate the drug sale, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.  Officers said Payne arrived at the shopping center in an Acura MDX with another man, Maurice Minor, 29, in the passenger seat.
