'Reckless Driving Meet-Up' Causes Chaos For Officers In Area: Police Chaos ensued for police who broke up what they called a “reckless driving meet-up” in Montgomery County over the weekend. The Takoma Park Police Department arrived to investigate the meet-up at the intersection of New Hampshire and Ethan Allen Avenues around 11:15 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10 and saw several vehicles doing burnouts, donuts, and other dangerous maneuvers surrounded by a large crowd.
