Virginia Man Busted With Child Porn: Police A 20-year-old northern Virginia man was arrested on child pornography charges, authorities said. Mario Esteman Alvarez Benitez, of Dumfries, became the focus of an investigation thanks to a tip from Fairfax County police in August, Prince William County police said.
