Man Secretly Filmed Woman In Shower at Leesburg Rec Center: Police
Authorities say a 20-year-old man secretly recorded a woman last week as she showered at a recreation center in Loudoun County. Police arrested Lester Galves Reyes after a woman complained he had stuck a camera beneath a shower partition at the Ida Lee Recreation Center at about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, Leesburg police said. Officers arrested Reyes at the center without incident. Officials charged Reyes with attempted unlawful creation of an image of another and disorderly conduct, police said.
