Woodbridge Man Strangled Relative Until She Lost Consciousness: Police Police have arrested a 65-year-old Woodbridge man who strangled his family member in a fight, officials said.At around 4:25 p.m. July 25, Candies Wheeler became violent in a fight with a female relative in the 16200 block of Jetty Loop, Prince William County Police reported. Wheeler grabbed the woman's neck and strangled her until she lost consciousness, police said.
