Murder: Teen Charged Months After Prince William County Killing Three months after the killing of a 21-year-old in Prince William County, police announced the arrest of a juvenile suspect, officials said. The unidentified teen was already in custody for unrelated charges, when he was charged with second degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony for the killing of Brian Marshall II, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
