School Employees Busted In $2 Million Laptop Embezzlement Scheme: Fairfax PD Two Fairfax County school employees and a third man were arrested on accusations they planned on stealing 35,000 school laptops totaling $2 million, officials said.  Franque Minor II, 35, and Mario Jones, Jr., 21, were employees for the school system and worked at a warehouse, which they were using as a hub to auction off the computers illegally, Fairfax County Police said. After their arrest on Thursday, July 14, police found Fadi Attyeh, 36, outside of the Industrial Road warehouse in a truck labeled Attyah Computer Recycling. Fairfax Highway Closed To Clear Police-Involved Wreck Scene: Report Fairfax County police have closed the northbound lanes of Richmond Highway Thursday morning as they investigate a wreck that involved a police car, police said.  The T-bone wreck happened just after 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Lockheed Boulevard and Richmond Highway in Groveton. Police have closed northbound traffic along Richmond Highway, beginning at Arlington Drive.  Four people were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment with non-life threatening injuries, the report said.  Drivers should avoid this area and expect delays.  It's unclear what department the police car be…
