Woodbridge 85-Year-Old Dies From Injuries Sustained In July Crash: Police An 85-year-old Woodbridge man died of injuries he sustained from a July car accident, police said.At around 12:30 p.m. on July 15, Herbet Hawkins, who was turning left onto Caton Hill Road, collided with a Ford E-350 in an intersection, according to the Prince William County Police Department.  Police said it was believed that Hawkins had a yielding traffic signal at the time of the crash.
