Authorities were investigating a serious accident on Thursday, July 21 that involved a cab and a dump truck in Albermarle County, according to unconfirmed and developing reports. Police responded to Louisa Road and Tally Ho Farm Road where they allegedly discovered an overturned dump truck and a taxi wrapped around a tree, initial reports said.
