Manassas Father Of Two Killed In Pedestrian Crash: Police A Manassas husband and father of two was hit by a car and killed, police said. On Oct. 5, at around 9 p.m.,  Bhupen Uprety was hit by a GMC Arcadia that was traveling near Chatsworth Drive, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Uprety was allegedly walking in the middle of the street in dark clothing, authorities said. The 42-year-old driver of the Arcadia stayed at the scene until Uprety was airlifted to a local hospital, police reported. The victim died from his injuries on Oct. 6, officials said.
