DC Police Seek 3 Separate Missing Teenage Girls Washington D.C. Police are asking  for the community's help in locating three 14-year-old girls who went missing earlier this week. Jestiny Muhammed was last seen around 1 p.m. July 18, in the 4600 block of 6th Street, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.  She is being described as a black female, 5'6 and 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, officials said.
