Bystander Heroically Chases Down 20-Year-Old Walmart Robber In Stafford Stafford police have one brave Good Samaritan to thank for helping them bring a 20-year-old robber into custody, officials said.At around 1:30 p.m. on August 29, Shai-an Winslow snatched a fellow customer's purse in the Walmart located at 11 Village Parkway, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. As Winslow grabbed the victim's purse, she fled from the store, mildly injuring the victim and knocking over a Walmart employee, authorities said.
