Police Seek Woodbridge Strangling Suspect With Distinct Face Tattoo

Police have released the photos of the suspect wanted in a Woodbridge strangling incident, officials said.

On August 3, just before 10 p.m., officers responded to an apartment building in the12800 block of Island House Loop, where they found a 20-year-old female victim who had been strangled in an argument, according to Prince William County police.

The victim reported minor injuries and the suspect fled the scene as officers chased after him, authorities said.

The suspect was described as a black male with a distinct face tattoo, 18 to 22 years old, between 5'10 and 6'0, and around 160 pounds, police said.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt with white writing on the front, black pants, and gold Nike shoes, officials reported.
