Man Exposed Himself, Made Crude Gestures Toward Woman In Virginia, Police Say A 27-year-old woman got an eyeful on Wednesday morning when she was walking in Prince William County and found a man exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures in a parking lot, police say. Officers were called shortly before 8:45 a.m. on July 17 to the 4100 block of Dale Boulevard in Woodbridge, where a woman reported the alleged indecent exposure.
