A man who killed a father of a young daughter last year in Landover has been arrested, authorities said
Dwayne Farmer, 32, is charged with fatally shooting Julian Kirkland, 28, of District Heights, Prince George's County Police said.
Farmer allegedly shot Kirkland after the two got into a fight in the 2600 block of Kent Village Drive around 8:10 p.m. on August 25, 2021, police said.
Kirkland was apparently shot while attempting TikTok's "milk crate challenge," according to an article from Daily Mail.

15-Year-Old Charged In Woodbridge Station Apartment Double Murder: Police
A 15-year-old intentionally killed two men at the Woodbridge Station Apartments earlier this month, authorities said.
Malik Xavier Davis, 23, of Woodbridge, and Christian Jamar Roberts, 23, of Dumfries, were found at the Mary's Way apartment on May 15, Prince William County police said.
Detectives say the alleged shooter and the two men knew each other and had met up at that apartment for an unknown reason at this time, police added.

A 16-year-old has been arrested and charged with the murder of a 15-year-old boy from Washington DC, authorities said.
Malachi Jackson, of Northwest, DC, was shot to death in the 3000 block of 13th Street, Northwest, on the night of April 11, Metropolitan Police said.
Police arrested a 16-year-old boy, also of Northwest DC, on Tuesday, May 10, the department said. He has since been charged with first-degree murder.
