Miller was heading south on Tidewater Trail on a 2003 Kawasaki motorcycle, when he struck a northbound Dodge Charger that had exited Briarwood lane around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 12, the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office said. Miller, of Spotsylvania, died at the scene of the crash.
