Shortly after 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1, officers were called to the 17000 block of Richmond Highway in Dumfries where there was a reported sexual assault involving two men. Man Passed Out At The Wheel Drove Onto Stafford County Property: Sheriff (Developing) A man who was found asleep at the wheel in Stafford County drove onto a property in Argyle Heights on Thursday afternoon after refusing deputies' commands, according to the sheriff's office. At around 3:15 p.m. on July 18, deputies were called to investigate a reported unknown medical emergency, and upon arrival, found a man passed out behind the wheel. Man Exposed Himself To Women Repeatedly In VA, Police Say Police in Arlington are attempting to locate a seedy suspect who exposed himself to at least two women earlier this week. At approximately 8:40 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 14, investigators were called to the 3500 block of South Ball Street near the 12th Street South Street intersection, where there was a report of an exposure.  According to officials, a woman was walking through the area when she was engaged in a conversation with a man in a parked SUV.  During that conversation, it is alleged that he proceeded to expose himself to the woman before driving away.
