Sean Carr faces multiple charges after allegedly attacking someone with a Taser, then fleeing and resisting arrest while intoxicated in Stafford, authorities said.
Carr, 21, was arrested after deputies responded to a reported assault on Ottinger Lane around 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators say Carr was involved in a verbal argument that turned physical when he used a taser on the victim, and before deputies arrived, Carr fled the scene.

Unsupervised Party Results In Fight Spilling Onto Stafford County Street, Sheriff Says
Chaos broke out at an unsupervised party in Stafford County that got out of hand and a fight spilled out into the street, according to the sheriff's office.
Shortly after 1 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 25, deputies were called to a home on Clear Spring Lane to investigate a report of a fight that resulted in charges for five women and a man who involved in the altercation.
Responding deputies were able to separate the people involved in the incident.

A man known to members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office is back behind bars after picking a fight with a woman, pole, and one of the agency's deputies, officials say.
Ryheem Perrin, 29, was "definitely on something," according to a witness, who tracked him from one business to another after he threatened a woman before being apprehended late on Wednesday afternoon following an incident at Wawa on South Gateway Drive in Fredericksburg.

Cocaine, Firearms Seized In Search Of Suspected Drug Dealer's Virginia Home, Police Say
A search of Loudoun County man's home turned up a substantial amount of cash, cocaine, scales, firearms, and more, local police said.
Nicholas T. Roach, 28, was stopped around 12:30 p.m. Saturday, June 8 on Plaza Street NE by officers on foot as he appeared to be under the influence, police in Leesburg said.
Roach was arrested for public intoxication and, after conducting a search incident to arrest, officers found a large amount of cash and drugs on him, authorities said.

Another Arlington Peeper Arrested
Yet another Peeping Tom has been arrested in Arlington.
This one was drunk, too, police said.
Curtis Moore, 44, was identified as the man looking into the home of a woman on the 1500 block of Key Boulevard Road around 3:45 a.m. on Friday, May 17, county police said.
A lookout was broadcast, and responding officers found Moore, who matched the victim's description of him, police said. Moore was charged with peeping and being drunk in public.
Herbert Otey, a serial peeper, and Christopher Sails were arrested in the last few weeks in Arlington, and charged with peeping.
