Police ID Man Hit, Killed In Chicopee Police have identified the 72-year-old man who was hit and killed walking along a street in Chicopee.  Edgar Francisco, of Chicopee, was hit around just after 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 23 in the 1500 block of Granby Road, authorities said on Wednesday, Feb. 26.  Paramedics rushed him to Baystate Medical Center, where he died of his injuries.  Chicopee police are investigating the crash.
