Two Killed By Falling Tree In Verona: Police
Two people were struck and killed by a falling tree in an Essex County town Monday evening, April 29, reports say. A tree in the back of the West Lincoln Street home had uprooted and landed on a 61-year-old male and his 6-month-old grandson at approximately 7 p.m., Verona Police Chief Christopher Kiernan said.
