Girl 'Dragged Across Street By Her Neck' In Spring City, Police Say A Phoenixville man is charged with strangulation and assault in Spring City, police said in a release.  Authorities said Jonathan Schierenback "dragged" a juvenile victim "across the street by her neck" near the 2 East Bridge Street Turkey Hill on May 8. Multiple witnesses tried to break them up, according to authorities.  Police said the victim "did have visible physical injuries and the event caused the juvenile to not be able to breathe."
