A Conestoga probationer allegedly assaulted a woman and attempted to disarm an officer during a domestic disturbance in Elizabethtown, police announced Monday, Nov. 4.
Seth Ian Weaver, 32, of Elizabethtown has been charged with felony disarming a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and summary criminal mischief, according to the police and confirmed by court documents.

Xzavier J. Logan, Jr., 25, is facing attempted murder and other charges after being caught with a weapon during a traffic stop and then dragging an officer attempting to detain him, according to police on Tuesday afternoon.

A convicted felon from Bergen County was seized while trying to bring two rifles, a handgun, a Taser, a switchblade and bogus U.S. Marshals credentials onto a flight from Newark to Fort Lauderdale, federal authorities said.

A 28-year-old registered sex offender injured a police officer during a tussle in Lititz, on Wednesday, Nov. 2, authorities say.
Derek Alan Manz fled before Lititz Borough police responded to a 911 call about a domestic disturbance at a home in the 400 Block of West Marion Street at 6:12 p.m., according to a release by the department.
