Elias Marte, a fugitive wanted in three states, was arrested in Guttenberg following a traffic stop on Wednesday, July 26, police said.
On Wednesday evening, police conducted a traffic stop where they found the driver, who identified himself as Abimael Soto-Alicea, a native of Puerto Rico, in possession of a defaced prescription pill bottle, a clear baggie suspected to contain cocaine and a fraudulent Virginia temporary tag, officers said.

A Burlington County teacher and youth pastor has been indicted for coaxing underage boys on social media to send him nude pictures and videos, then using that material to blackmail his victims into performing sexual acts on themselves for his enjoyment, authorities said.
A grand jury indicted Sean Higgins, 31, of Palmyra on 75 total counts that included charges of aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, cyber harassment, child endangerment, and obscenity to a minor, they said.

Covid-19: Six States Removed From NY/NJ/CT Quarantine List, Puerto Rico Added
Travelers from six states have been removed from the COVID-19 joint quarantine list of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
California, Hawaii, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, and Ohio were removed from the Travel Advisory List on Tuesday, Sept. 15. Puerto Rico was added to the list.
The quarantine applies to any person arriving from a state with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents over a seven-day rolling average or a state with a 10 percent or higher positivity rate over a seven-day rolling average.
