A registered sex offender wanted in Texas has been arrested in the Capital Region, police said Tuesday, April 28.
Kevin Herron Jr., 40, was arrested following a domestic disturbance call at a Red Roof Inn in Clifton Park about 20 minutes after midnight on Tuesday, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office said.
As they investigated, police found Herron was wanted in Waller County, TX, for failing to comply with the requirements of his sex offender registration, authorities said. He was detained and held in Saratoga County jail pending extradition to Waller County, which is northwest of Houston. …
