Two Hunterdon County residents have been arrested and charged after they falsely claimed multiple New Jersey state troopers sexually assaulted a man, authorities announced Tuesday, Dec. 9.
On Monday, Oct. 23, 2023, three New Jersey State Police troopers responded to a domestic dispute to a residence on Brunswick Avenue in Bloomsbury that Randal Kelco, 35 and Lisa DeStefano, 45, shared, Attorney General Matthew Platkin said.

A girl who was raped for nearly a decade, starting when she was just 8 years old, forgave her attacker at his sentencing in Lancaster County, authorities announced on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
