Charles Marvin Brack, affectionately known as “Chuck” and recognized by many as Santa Claus in the Lancaster Park City Mall, passed away, leaving a legacy of joy, warmth, and community service. The Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade is returning to the streets of New York City for its 95th celebration after being curtailed last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
