Alexis L. Prager, 22, of Holmdel, and Aaron M. Olmeda, 21, of Point Pleasant, were charged with defiant trespass after police found them on the abandoned property at 23 Main St. around 2:19 a.m. on Dec. 4, 2024, according to Holmdel Township police paperwork. Pair Of Downtown White Plains Office Buildings Sell For $16M Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has sold a pair of downtown White Plains office buildings on Barker Avenue in separate deals totaling $16 million, according to Westfair. County property records show the six-story, 68,000-square-foot 1 Barker Ave. office building sold for $9.3 million. The deed was recorded Sept. 13.
